Verification of National Dental Hygiene Certification Status and Certification Number

If you are unsure of your NDHCB certification status we can verify your status and inform you of your certification number. Verification of certification status and number can be obtained by contacting the NDHCB office.

Reprints of National Dental Hygiene Certificate

If you have lost your NDHCB Certificate, the NDHCB can issue another original.

Certificate reprints are available from the NDHCB office by submission of a written request and a payment of $25.00 + tax, by Credit card (Visa or Master Card), certified cheque or money order.
